According to a survey in which respondents were asked why they changed their eating behavior in Italy in 2022, the largest group of respondents, 67 percent, said they changed their habits because they wanted to focus on taking care of their health and well-being. Another 19 percent of respondents said they did so because of the environmental impact of food.
