According to a survey conducted in selected Middle Eastern countries in February to March 2022, 27 percent of all surveyed Muslim indicated that they start preparing for Ramadan less than one week before the start of Ramadan. In comparison, only 16 percent of the respondents prepare for Ramadan over a month before the start of Ramadan.
