U.S. gamer interest in immersive gaming 2021, by gender
A December 2021 survey found that 44 percent of female U.S. gamers were interested in playing video games with immersive features. In contrast, 53 percent of male gamers in the United States were interested in immersive gaming titles. The most important elements to players for immersive games were a strong story and believable characters.
