As reported by a survey carried out among national health ministries in 2021, nearly **** of low-and-lower-middle-income country respondents had no available funding sources for implementing their national health and climate change plans. Meanwhile, that was the case for around ** percent of high-income countries. According to the same study, around ** percent of country respondents identified insufficient finance or budget as the main barrier for implementing national health and climate change plans
