According to a study released in 2020, nearly three-quarters (** percent) of U.S. voice shoppers used Alexa, Amazon's virtual assistant, to make purchases. In addition, almost half of voice shoppers in the United States reported using Google Assistant for shopping, while just under a quarter (** percent) turned to Apple's Siri for this purpose.
