Lex TVN is a media term for the Act of August 11, 2021, on the amendment of the Broadcasting and the Cinematography Act. This controversial media law amendment of the Polish Broadcasting Act would result in companies from outside of the European Economic Area not holding more than a 49 percent stake in the country's radio and television stations. On December 18, 2021, the bill was passed via the Sejm.
As of December 20, 2021, most Poles believed that President Andrzej Duda should veto the bill.
