A survey conducted in November 2021 found that 16 percent of adults in the United States had a somewhat favorable opinion of WhatsApp whilst nine percent said that they had a very favorable opinion of the messaging service. Overall, 55 percent of respondents stated that they didn't know or had no opinion.
