One of the main reasons why Gen Z adults would like to buy a house according to a survey conducted among U.S. adults born between 1997 and 2003 was to have a house for their family to grow in. This was the main motivation for one in respondents in the survey. Other reasons stated by respondents were residential stability and unwillingness to rent.
