The COVID-19 pandemic changed consumer behavior around the world, and Brazil is no exception. Regarding the place of purchase of household goods, almost half of the Brazilian consumers prefer to shop in small neighborhood stores. Also, more than 37 percent of respondents would visit big establishments or the e-commerce platform of their favorite supermarket.
