E-Participation Index (EPI) ranking South Korea 2003-2022
In 2022, South Korea ranked ninth in the United Nations E-Participation Index (EPI). Except for 2016, South Korea had previously consistently ranked first since 2010. The use of e-government services in South Korea rose sharply, especially after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the government has steadily developed its online services, citizen satisfaction has increased accordingly.
