In France, women sometimes miss *** or more days of work during their period, because of pain, or because of restricted access to menstrual protection for example. One of the ways to fight against this phenomenon would be to adjust the work environment and introduce a menstrual leave. And yet, French women questioned in were a majority to approve such a measure. Those belonging to the wealthiest categories were ** percent in favor of this measure. This proportion dropped to ** percent among women earning between and euros per month, but rose to **** out of five among the poorest.
