As of December 31, 2022, around 14,398 cases of pyrexia (fever) had been reported after administering the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine against COVID-19 in Spain. Pyrexia was the most common adverse event recorded, followed by headache and myalgia. By that time, approximately 44,280 adverse events were identified following the administration of the Comirnaty Original vaccine (Pfizer/BioNTech) in Spain.
