As of June 29, 2023, the majority of the fully vaccinated people against COVID-19 in Spain were administered the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. As of that date, over 26.8 million adults and 1.7 million children living in the European country had received both doses needed for immunization with the Comirnaty (Pfizer/BioNTech) vaccine. Moreover, the share of the fully-vaccinated Spanish population against COVID-19 amounted to nearly 86 percent as of May 24, 2023.
