As of December 31, 2022, the number of people vaccinated with at least one dose of the vaccine against COVID-19 in Spain reached over 41 million individuals. Women accounted for more than half the total population that received one vaccine dose against the disease as of that date. By that time, around 13.8 million women and about 13.7 million men aged between 18 and 65 had received the COVID-19 vaccination once in Spain.
