According to a survey on the future of e-commerce after the COVID-19 pandemic, in Saudi Arabia, apparel, shoes, and accessories were the most purchased category by online shoppers at about ** percent of respondents. In comparison cleaning products was the most purchased offline category at ** percent of respondents. Approximately ** percent of respondents in UAE and Saudi Arabia decreased their spending to prioritize needs over wants following the economic pressures of the pandemic.
