As of September 2020, ** percent of the Indonesian respondents who had a private insurance were willing to take the COVID-19 vaccination if it was available. Indonesia, which has recorded over * coronavirus cases, started its vaccine rollout on Jan 13, 2021, with the president Joko Widodo being the first recipient. Unlike most of other countries which focused on vaccinating their older citizens first, Indonesia prioritized vaccination for people aged between 18 and 59 years old.
