As of May 2021, nearly four out of ten Brazilians believed that the president Jair Bolsonaro was the main person to blame for the current COVID-19 pandemic situation in the country, according to a survey. Another ** percent of people surveyed believed the state governors or city mayors were the main culprits. Meanwhile, percent of respondents blamed the general population.
