During the coronavirus pandemic in Norway, the use of newspapers increased compared to before the outbreak. The highest growth in daily reach of Norwegian newspapers was observed with digital and mobile platforms, from ** to ** percent and from ** to ** percent, respectively. In general, while print paper consumption declined within the period from mid-2019 to mid-2020, online and digital versions continued their positive expansion.
