In the fourth quarter of 2020, the economically active urban population with a degree (approximately *** million people) was more than the urban workforce without a degree (**** percent of the whole urban labor force), representing a difference of **** percentage points. Overall, reasons, such as lack of employment in the country, may account for the decrease in degree-holder employment.
