In a survey conducted on April 2020 regarding the political choices of Singaporeans for the general elections in 2020, ** percent of Singaporeans believed that equal opportunities were now available for men and women. This belief was similar across party affiliations in 2020 with ** percent among People's Action party (PAP) voters and ** percent among opposition voters.
Singapore had scheduled its **** general elections on July 10, with campaigning beginning on July 1. Due to COVID-19, special livestreaming facilities will be set up during the campaign period. Candidates will be able to hold e-rallies at these facilities.
