The prevalence of poly drug use in Belgium was higher among younger people than it was among older age groups in 2018. During that year, it was estimated that *** percent of 25-to-34 year-olds consumed multiple types of drugs in the past 12 months. After the age of **, this consumption decreased in Belgium. For instance, between ages 45 and **, it was estimated that *** percent of Belgians used multiple drugs within the year.
