An online survey conducted in the United States in 2020 revealed that 65 percent of adults had heard of the streaming service DirecTV Now but had never subscribed. Five percent of respondents currently subscribed to the service, but the share of adults who used to pay for a subscription and have since left was higher, at 12 percent.
