* The source surveyed 1,092 parents of graduating students of schools, gymnasia, and lyceums, 400 graduating students of colleges and technical colleges, and 800 students of higher education institutions.

** In Russia, a college is a type of a vocational education institution.

Citation formats

In May 2020, 44 percent of Russian parents of graduating students of schools, gymnasia, and lyceums were fully or rather satisfied with the organization of distance learning in educational institutions attended by their children. The level of satisfaction with remote learning among university students in Russia was measured at 72 percent. The switch to distance education was one of the measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country.
