According to the results of a consumer survey, more than half of UK DIY and gardening shoppers still preferred shopping with physical retailers. When asked the likely course of action they would take if the retail store they normally shopped at closed, ** percent of respondents who took part in the study said they would buy from a different retailer's physical store. Only a quarter of those interviewed said they would buy online from the same retailer.
