The time spent on the app or desktop version of YouTube increased among almost half of Italian individuals during the coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown. The results of a survey conducted April 2020 showed that the increase was significant among 18-34-year olds, as well as among 35-44-year olds (18 percent).
