A survey from April 2020 showed that during the coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown a significant share of Italian people spent more time streaming audio and video content. However, male respondents reported a more significant behavior change. 17 percent of male adults dedicated much more time to audio and video streaming, while only 13 percent of female respondents did the same.
