A survey from April 2020 showed that during the coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown about 71 percent of Italian people between 18 and 34 years spent more time streaming audio and video content. 22 percent of respondents in this age group reported a significant increase, while 23 percent of them stated their time spent streaming audiovisual content remained unchanged.
