According to a survey conducted in 2019, respondents living in Rome stated that the public administration of the city needed to prioritize the waste management and recycling in the municipality. About half of the interviewees indicated this aspect as the main priority of the administration of the Capital. Furthermore, 15 percent of respondents wished an improvement in the cleaning and maintenance of the streets and sidewalks.
The results of a similar survey revealed that the residents of Rome were not satisfied with the current Mayor's administration.
