* The data was obtained from a joint study by Sostav and Online Market Intelligence (OMI) in November 2019. The online survey involved over 22 thousand panelists living in Russian cities with a population of over 10 thousand inhabitants.
The number of users of the services was calculated using Rosstat data on the urban population of Russia as of January 1, 2019.
