As of 2018, one out of four Belgian, aged over **, underwent screening for HIV once in their lifetime. Whilst figures for 2013 and 2018 are rather similar, they represent an increase in comparison to 2008. During that year, **** percent of Belgians had been screened for HIV only once. Nonetheless, over the decade from 2008 to 2018, the share of Belgians who got tested for HIV did not develop outstandingly.
