According to a survey conducted during the pre-festive season in India, a majority of respondents, at ** percent always went through reviews and ratings when purchasing products online. In complete contrast, about **** percent of respondents never went through them. The pre-festive season in the country refers to the annual Hindu festivals of Dusshera and Deepavali when retail sales usually peak.
