FZ 鈥淐oncerning the Introduction of Amendments to Parts One
and Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and Certain
Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation鈥 which established new excise duty rates for oil products from 2018 to 2020.

Russian export duty rates on oil products 2018-2020
Among selected oil products, Russia's export duty rate was the highest for straight-run petrol, whose figure remained stable at 13.1 thousand Russian rubles per metric ton between 2018 and 2020. A significant increase in the tax duty was observed in the class 5 petrol, ranging from approximately 10.5 thousand Russian rubles per metric ton as per federal law in 2018 to nearlyy 12.8 thousand Russian rubles per metric ton in 2020, after the changes in the tax legislation that took effect in 2018.
