As of 2019, over half of the organizations surveyed as part of the Whitepaper on Feedback Culture in Dutch Organizations had integrated online tools used for mutual feedback into their evaluation processes. 50 percent of HR professionals included in this survey indicated that their organization used mutual online feedback tools in a structured way. Meanwhile, over a third of respondents indicated that, although the tool was used in their organizations, this was done in an informal and noncommital way.
