Due to the introduction of the obligation to register pre-paid cards in 2016, a significant decrease in the number of pre-paid users was noted in favor of post-paid customers. At the end of 2024, the number of pre-paid SIM cards decreased by *** percentage points compared to the previous year. Prepaid users constituted only **** percent of all mobile telephony users.
