The all-Ukrainian public opinion poll "Omnibus" was conducted in all oblasts of Ukraine, except for Crimea. In Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, it was conducted only in the territories controlled by the Ukrainian government.
"The statistical sampling error (with a probability of 0.95 and taking into account the design effect of 1.1) does not exceed: 2.4% for indicators close to 50%, 2.1% for indicators close to 25%, 1.5% - for indicators close to 10%, 1.1% - for indicators close to 5%."

Ukrainian attitude toward Russia, its residents, and leaders 2021
In November 2021, six out of ten Ukrainians had a mostly positive attitude toward the Russian residents. The share of respondents with a very good attitude toward the Russian Federation amounted to five percent. The lowest level of support was observed toward the Russian leaders at 55 percent.
