Presidential elections in Ukraine take place every five years. In 1994 and 2010, the elections were held irregularly. The 2014 election took place earlier after the president at the time Viktor Yanukovych was ousted. When two rounds of elections were held, the figures show the turnout in the second round. When a repeat election was held, the figures show the turnout in the repeat election.
The data for the 1991-1999 elections was retrieved from a publication by the Central Election Commission (pages 113-114).

Voter turnout for presidential elections in Ukraine 1991-2019
This statistic shows the voter turnout for presidential elections that took place in Ukraine since the country became independent in 1991 after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The largest share of the Ukrainian population, or 84.2 percent, voted in the first national election of 1991. The lowest turnout of 59.48 percent was observed in the extraordinary election of 2014. In the most recent election of 2019, 62.09 percent of Ukrainians cast their vote.
