This statistic presents the frequency of encountering false, untrue or dangerous video content on YouTube according to users in the United States as of June 2018. According to the findings, 19 percent of respondents stated that they frequently saw videos on YouTube that exhibited people engaging in either dangerous or troubling behavior, while on the other hand another 11 percent of respondents noticed seeing videos frequently that displayed individuals being either abusive or demeaning towards others.
