In Italy, the share of regular e-shoppers who found choice of delivery speed important when shopping online grew significantly from 2017 to 2021, taking its biggest leap from 2018 to 2019. In the latter year, 92 percent of Italian online shoppers reported that they found delivery speed options to be an important feature when buying online. As of 2022, the figure decreased to 86 percent.
