As part of this survey, HR employees were asked whether they are experiencing issues with recruitment and selection because of the tightness of the labor market. In 2021, ** percent of survey respondents indicated that they experienced issues with recruitment. This was the highest such figure seen within the time-frame considered. In 2022, recruitment issues were expected to endure at a level of ** percent.
