Impact of new technologies on organizations in the Netherlands 2019
In 2018, the vast majority of HR employees surveyed in the Netherlands indicated that they saw changes in the production process, products and services because of new technologies such as automation, robotization and virtual reality. Close to ** percent of respondents indicated that they saw small changes, while just over a third of respondents noticed large changes to their work environment and processes.
