In 2018, the vast majority of HR employees surveyed indicated that they saw changes in their working environment as a result of new technologies, such as automation, robotization and virtual reality. Over ** percent of respondents indicated that they noticed changes. Roughly ** percent of respondents noticed general changes, while the share of resondents who knew concretely what these changes entailed for personnel was much smaller, at ** percent.
