The source adds the following information: "Data presented in this chapter do not include wages and salaries of employees in budgetary entities conducting activity within the scope of national defense and public safety.
Components of wages and salaries are comprised of: personal wages and salaries, payments from profit and balance surplus in cooperatives, annual extra wages and salaries for employees of budgetary sphere entities, impersonal wages and salaries, agency commission wages and salaries, fees.
Data regarding wages and salaries are given in gross terms, i.e., including deductions for personal income taxes and since 1999 also employee’s contributions to compulsory social security (retirement, pension and illness) paid by insured employee."
