The BA-X is based on job applications that have been reported to the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (the federal labor agency in Germany). Included are all jobs in the primary labor market that are not directly facilitated or supported by the BA itself, as well as jobs for freelancers, the self-employed, and jobs coming from private employment agencies.
