* According to the Federal Bank (Bundesbank), the survey consisted of two parts: a computer-assisted personal interview (CAPI) and a payment diary, which was to be filled out by respondents in the seven days following the interview. A total of 2,106 persons filled out the questionnaire and 2,061 persons fully completed the diary. Only those questionnaire data sets were used for the study which also included a completed diary.
