This graph shows the share of French consumers having bought organic products in the last four weeks at the time of surveys conducted annually from 2015 to 2025. It appears that the share of respondents declaring having bought organic products in the last four weeks increased from 55 percent in 2015 to 71 percent in 2021, decreased significantly in 2022 to 54 percent, and then increased to 50 percent in 2025, partially reversing the downward trend observed after 2021.
