The results shown here are the change between scores in each respective mental health index/scale from the start of treatment and week 22, for the group receiving CBT, represented as a percentage (percentage calculated by ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ based on the original scores).
Measurements for each mental health indicator were taken using the following methods:
Insomnia: Insomnia Severity Index.
Nightmares: Disturbing Dream and Nightmare Severity Index.
Psychosis: Prodromal Questionnaire 16-item version.
Depression: Patient Health Questionnaire 9-item version.
Anxiety: Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item version.
Functioning: Work and Social Adjustment Scale.
Wellbeing: Warwick–Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale.
Mania: Altman Mania Scale
