The value of foreign direct investment into the European Union in quarter third of 2025 was around 122 million U.S. dollars, meaning that foreign investors in fact shown signs of recover after the last quarter of 2024 when their was a context of disinvestment in the European Union. On the other hand, European investors sent 135 billion U.S. dollars into investments outside of Europe during this quarter. Both net inward and outward FDI in Europe declined sharply in the second quarter of 2024, as deteriorating economic conditions in Europe led to a slowdown of investment. Nevertheless, current trends mark a turnaround, with the first two quarters of the year showing signs of recovery.
