The crimes recorded by the police in the respective reporting year are shown. They are thus statistically recorded as soon as they are first suspected. The police crime statistics (PKS), on the other hand, are initial statistics. The criminal offenses that became known to the police and were finally processed by them in the respective reporting year are shown there, including the attempts threatened with punishment and the drug offenses processed by customs. Statistical recording only takes place when it is submitted to the public prosecutor's office.
Older values were taken from previous editions of the publication.
