This statistic illustrates how U.S. citizens across generational groups are aware in terms of knowing what general services are provided by their local government agencies via digital technologies and not simply a phone call. During the surveyed period, information regarding garbage pickups through digital technologies was one of the service most collectively known by all generational groups. Millennials, Generation X, and Baby Boomers reported in ** percent, ** percent, and ** percent respectively.
