A large proportion of respondents were living in the Italian regions of Lazio (35%), Lombardy (14%) and Emilia-Romagna (11%).

This statistic illustrates the results of a survey conducted in Italy between February and March 2017. During the survey, individuals were asked to indicate the methods they considered to be the best in order to improve their knowledge of banking and financial services. As of the survey period, ** percent of respondents regarded manuals and guidebooks as a good mean to deepen their knowledge. Further ** percent of respondents declared that learning apps were the best way to acquire additional knowledge about banking and financial services.
